HOUSE RULES:

• Check-in: 16:00 – 22:00
• Check-out: until 12:00
• Breakfast: 9:00 – 11:00
• No smoking inside the house or bedrooms.
• The quiet time starts at 22:00. Please refrain from excessive noise,
especially in the garden area.
• Please do not bring surf equipment inside the house (wet wetsuits,
etc). Use the shower outside to wash off sand, and store your board

and wetsuit in the designated racks in the garden.
• The kitchen, living room and bathroom are common areas. Please
keep them clean after yourself as a common courtesy for others to
enjoy as well. We have house cleaning daily to make the final touch.
