An ideal teacher is a collaborative teacher.
Being engaging with other stakeholders will not only broaden your understanding of
things as a teacher, but will ensure that the learners benefit more than a teacher from
you. They will be able to tap in different professions due to the insight you will be giving.
An ideal teacher realizes the importance of
building winning relationships with other
colleagues. Two people’s efforts are better
then one person’s effort and its amazing what great wonders educator relationships can
produce out of the people whose best interest they hold at heart, the learners.
