An ideal teacher creates a conducive classroom environment.
Creating a conducive classroom environment will enable the learners to love the subject,
loving the subject will ensure that they pass the subject. Learners will be able to
participate very well with the topic given.
An ideal teacher understand that learning
doesn’t stop, they know that during learner
presentations they can learn a thing or two
from the learners.
An ideal teacher as a lifelong learner has an
open mind and learns from his or her
learners as well as other teachers.
Giving learners a platform to show their knowledge and skills to the entire class, instils
the love and joy of learning in the classroom. Let`s work smart at helping learners to
reach their highest potential.
