An ideal teacher is able to create a joyful environment.
Being able to create a joyful environment will ensure that learners develop the love for
your subject as a teacher. The most important aspect that is associated with a joyful
classroom is the freedom of allowing learners to give their answers in any way. They can
even give their answers in a form of a song.
The joy of showing their best talents is as
good as having a happy learner.
An ideal teacher understand that learning
doesn’t stop, they know that during learner presentations they can learn a thing or two
from the learners.
An ideal teacher realizes and recognizes that leaners have different interests, talents, and
aspirations they bring with them to the school environment. HE/SHE then embraces and
nurtures them and challenges them to invest in their passions and talents so they spend
their days doing what they love and what they are passionate about.
An ideal teacher instils joy and love of learning in the classroom.
