when answering. Learners learn better when they are given relevant content, so allowing

them to discuss will ensure that common knowledge is shared and that will deepen their
understanding on the topic.

An ideal teacher creates a collaborative

classroom.

Creating a collaborative classroom will not only

target all the intelligences in the classroom, but

will ensure that every learner participate. Being

able to try new teaching methods to ensure that

learners get the best out of the lesson. Leaners

will also learn from each other.

Teaching is not just textbook knowledge, however it involves means of deepening your
understanding through peer sharing. Such builds life-long learners and the one who can

try new and innovative methodologies and pedagogies” Now that’s ideal enough!!!!!!!!

Teamwork is one essential element of a learner’s journey of learning. In teamwork

learner’s potential is realized, embraced, nourished and challenged to go beyond its

limitations.
