• I will make sure all food is made exactly according to our recipes

• I will make sure our food is properly and attractively displayed and all
surrounding areas clean
• I will make sure I never serve food that I would not serve to my own
family
• I will make sure that food is always packaged and bagged properly
OUR PRESENTATION
• I understand that I share the responsibility to make sure every part
of the restaurant (inside and out) is clean and spotless at all times—
especially at peak service hours
• I will always be in proper uniform with my name tag on whenever I
am working
• I will always abide by our personal hygiene and presentation
standards whenever I am in uniform
