Provide the MIT with a copy Part 1 is simply reviewing and Outline expectations for UP
of the menu, and review the listing the menu items in the Cookbook Part 2. Part 2 is
different sections. Training Guide to focus on tasting and identifying flavor
memorization, Review the menu profiles. (Part 2 is to be done
with the MIT. during Station Training)
FACILITATOR NOTE
As you review the menu, be prepared to describe some of your personal favorites
and identify items that are most popular with Guests.
