Utilizing information already contained on the opportunity and captured through existing processes, logic has been
added to derive the next step in the EE onboarding process. Remember: There is no extra work
o At the top of every EE Opportunity, a banner image has been added outlining the full lifecycle, as well as
identifying the next step in the process.
• In this particular example, contract verification, welcome call, dashboard install, and the Business
Checkup Review have all been complete, so the next step in the process is to have the Initial Business
Planning Meeting scheduled.
• If an Opportunity is On Hold due to an Unresponsive ECP, the image below will be shown.
• It is up to the Lab Rep (e.g. Opportunity Owner) to re-engage the ECP.
