Updated Verification Fields

Follow the instructions below to clearly determine the active issue(s) with a given EE Opportunity and/or contract.

Contract Verification:
o New in SFDC is greater clarity around contract issues!
• Now you will see when the opportunity was reviewed and when it was complete
• You can separate active contract from resolved
Next Step Visibility:
o You can now see where your opportunity is in the EE process!! Best part, there is NO extra work on your
part!! You will now see the “next step banner” in SFDC at the top of every opportunity page!

o A NEW section has been added to the EE Opportunity called “Verification Info”
• As is the case today, if Opportunity Verified = ‘Yes’, then nothing further is required from the Lab Sales
rep.

• If Opportunity Verified = ‘No’, then there will be at least 1 Active Contract Error.

o By reviewing the newly added Experts Verification section, the user can see what errors exist for this
opportunity.
• The user can clearly identify who is responsible for resolving any issues by looking at the Role
Accountable column.
• The user can also clearly identify ACTIVE issue by looking at the Date Resolved column. If blank, the
issue is active. If populated with a date, that issue has been resolved.
