        These metrics are important because
        they tell us that we understand our
        customers and show our ability to create
        alignment between what we offer and
        what they are trying to accomplish. The
        metrics tell us we are reaching our
        customers more effectively than ever
        before and that they are benefitting from
        the information we provide.


        One of the greatest values NFRC provides
        is empowering consumers to compare
        specific energy performance features so
        they can choose the windows, doors, and
        skylights that will make their homes more
        comfortable and energy efficient.

        Throughout 2018, NFRC will continue
        making strategic choices about when
        and where to take action. One of our most
        important goals will be making our ratings
        more meaningful to consumers by
        rethinking what kind of product information
        is provided and how. Our rating label is
        critical to members’ success; it reaches
        consumers through multiple and
        complementary channels.
