            with disabilities.

          7.   Laws that protect the interests and rights of
            disabled individuals.

          8.  Recognizing disabilities by employers. Rewiring
            scheme to place-and-train, attached-and-train

          9.  Specific learning disability schools will be
            established till 2027. .

            Today, as our economy continues to thrive, one
          can rest assured that the system will not fail them
