กพิ่ที่. ด้ําาเนินการตัิด้ตัามและแกไขข้อบิกพิ่ร่องที่่ตัรวจพิ่บิ จากการตัรวจปีระเมินตันเองในปีี 2566 โด้ยม่ข้อบิกพิ่ร่องในสำ่วน ของการด้ําาเนินงาน CE-6 ที่่ตั้องแกไขตัามแผู้นปีี 2567 จําานวน 4 ข้อ ซึ่ึงสำามารถึแกไขข้อบิกพิ่ร่องได้้ที่ังหมด้ รวมถึึง กพิ่ที่. ได้้ด้ําาเนินการตัรวจปีระเมินตันเอง (Self-Assessment) โด้ยใช่้ ชุ่ด้คัําาถึาม USAP-CMA Protocol Question ซึ่ึงพิ่บิข้อสำังเกตั จําานวน 16 ข้อ โด้ย กพิ่ที่. จะด้ําาเนินการแกไขจัด้ที่ําา Corrective Action Plan และแกไขข้อบิกพิ่ร่องให้แล้วเสำร็จ เพิ่้อเตัร่ยม คัวามพิ่ร้อมรบิั การตัรวจสำอบิจาก ICAO ในปีี 2568 ตั่อไปี

กพิ่ที่. ได้้ด้ําาเนินการจัด้ที่ําาหลักสำ้ตัร Security Awareness สำําาหรบิั ผู้ด้้้ ําาเนนิ การสำนามบินิ ได้้แก่ผู้ด้้้ ําาเนนิ การสำนามบินิ ผู้ด้้้ ําาเนนิ การ เด้ินอากาศ ผู้้ให้บิรกิ ารการจราจรที่างอากาศ การไปีรษณ์่ย์คัวบิคัุม และตััวแที่นคัวบิคัมุ รวมถึึงผู้สำ้้ ่งที่ราบิตััวตัน เพิ่อ้ ให้ผู้เ้้ รย่ นตัระหนักร้้ ถึึงเหตัุผู้ล และคัวามสำําาคััญของการรกั ษาคัวามปีลอด้ภัยการบิิน พิ่ลเร้อน รวมถึึงม่คัวามร้้คัวามเข้าใจเก่ยวกับิวัตัถึุปีระสำงคั์และ กฎหมายที่่เก่ยวข้องในการรกัษาคัวามปีลอด้ภัยการบิินพิ่ลเรอ้น การกระที่ําาอันเปี็นการแที่รกแช่งโด้ยมิช่อบิด้้วยกฎหมาย เข้าใจถึึง มาตัรการรกั ษาคัวามปีลอด้ภัยของผู้้้ด้ําาเนินการ และสำามารถึรบิั ม้อ เมอ้ เกด้ิ การกระที่ําาอนั เปีน็ การแที่รกแซึ่งโด้ยมช่ิ อบิด้้วยกฎหมายเช่น่ การขว่้ างระเบิด้ิ วธิ ก่ ารปีฏิบิิ ตัั ิและการตัอบิสำนองตั่อเหตักุ ารณ์ฉี์ กุ เฉีนิ ตัลอด้จนเกิด้คัวามตัระหนักร้ด้้ ้านการรกั ษาคัวามปีลอด้ภัยการบิิน พิ่ลเรอ้ น โด้ยด้ําาเนินการแบิง่ ออกเปีน็ 2 สำ่วน ได้้แก่

Project: Self-Assessment Using ICAO PQ to Enhance the Effective Implementation (EI) of the Aviation Security Oversight System and Prevent the Issuance of a Significant Security Concern (SSeC) under the USAP (Ongoing Project)
(Project Duration: January-December 2024)
The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) successfully addressed all deficiencies identified during the 2023 self-assessment, achieving a 100% completion rate. Additionally, CAAT participated in a technical workshop from 18-21 December 2024 to prepare a strategic response plan for the upcoming Universal Security Audit Programme -Continuous Monitoring Approach (USAP-CMA) in collaboration with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
CAAT will expedite the resolution of the newly identified deficiencies to ensure readiness for the ICAO security oversight audit scheduled for 2025.
Project: Development of a Security Awareness Training Course for Operators
(Project Duration: January-December 2024)
The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) has developed a Security Awareness Training Course targeted at aviation-related operators, including airport operators, air navigation service providers, air traffic service providers, regulated postal authorities and regulated agents, as well as known consignors.
The course aims to raise participants' awareness of the rationale and importance of civil aviation security, enhance their understanding of its objectives and related legal frameworks, and educate them on acts of unlawful interference. Participants will also learn about relevant operator security measures and how to respond effectively to incidents involving unlawful interference, such as bomb threats, emergency response procedures, and best practices in handling security emergencies.
The course materials are divided into two components: 1. Security Awareness Presentation Material for
airport operators (PowerPoint format)
2. Instructor’s guide for delivering the Security
