กพิ่ที่. เสำนอข้อบิังคัับิคัณ์ะกรรมการการบิินพิ่ลเรอ้ น ฉีบิับิที่่ 101 ว่าด้้วยมาตัรการคัุ้มคัรองสำิที่ธิของผู้้โด้ยสำารในเที่่ยวบิิน แบิบิปีระจําาภายในปีระเที่ศและระหว่างปีระเที่ศ ที่ไ่ ด้้รบิั คัวามเหน็ ช่อบิ จากคัณ์ะกรรมการการบิินพิ่ลเร้อน (กบิร.) ตั่อรัฐมนตัร่ว่าการ กระที่รวงคัมนาคัม ซึ่ึงข้อบิังคัับิฯ ด้ังกล่าว ได้้รบิั การลงนามและ ปีระกาศลงในราช่กิจจานุเบิกษาแล้ว เม้อวันที่่ 21 พิ่ฤศจิกายน 2567 โด้ยจะม่ผู้ลบิังคัับิใช่้ตัังแตั่วันที่่ 20 พิ่ฤษภาคัม 2568 ซึ่ึงเปี็นระยะเวลา 180 วันหลังการปีระกาศฯ โด้ย กพิ่ที่. จะเร่ง ด้ําาเนินการจัด้ที่ําาคั่้ม้อปีฏิิบิัตัิงาน Guidance Material และจัด้การ ปีระชุ่มเพิ่้อซึ่กั ซึ่อ้ มคัวามเข้าใจกับิผู้้้ปีระกอบิกิจการการบิินพิ่ลเรอ้ น ในปีระเที่ศไที่ย รวมถึึงผู้ด้้้ ําาเนินการเด้ินอากาศตั่างปีระเที่ศ ตัลอด้จน จัด้ที่ําาสำ้อปีระช่าสำัมพิ่ันธ์ในร้ปีแบิบิตั่าง ๆ ให้แล้วเสำร็จภายในปีี 2568 ตั่อไปี
Project: Raising Awareness and Understanding of the New CAB Passenger Rights Regulation
(Project Duration: February 2024-December 2025)
The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) submitted Regulation of the Civil Aviation Board No. 101 Measures to Protect Passenger Rights on Domestic and International Scheduled Flights — to the Minister of Transport, following its approval by the Civil Aviation Board (CAB). The regulation was signed and officially published in the Royal Thai Government Gazette on 21 November 2024 and will come into force on 20 May 2025 (180 days after publication).
CAAT will expedite the development of operational guidance materials and organize briefing sessions with Thai civil aviation operators as well as foreign air operators. In addition, various forms of public communication and awareness campaigns will be implemented to ensure all stakeholders are well-informed prior to the regulation’s enforcement by the end of 2025.
