โคริงกำริแกำ้ไขปัญห้และพัั ฒนกำลไกำกำริป้องกำันควมถี ริบกำวนส่ัญญณ Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) บริิเวณส่นมบินสุ่วริริณภัูมิ (ริะยะเวลดูําเนินโคริงกำริ/งน : ม.ค.-ธิ.ค. 2567)

1) การลด้ปีรมิ าณ์นําาเข้าอุปีกรณ์์ Jammer จากตั่างปีระเที่ศ โด้ยการนําาสำ่งหนังสำ้อไปียังผู้้ให้บิริการตัลาด้ออนไลน์ เ พิ่ ้ อ ช่ ่ แ จ ง ข ้ อ ก ฎ ห ม า ย ที่ ่ เ ก ่ ย ว ข ้ อ ง ก ั บิ ก า ร คั ้ า อ ุ ปี ก ร ณ์ ์ ห ร อ้ สำนิ คั้ารบิกวนที่างคัวามถึตั่ ่อสำญั ญาณ์ GPS (GPS Jammer)
2) การปีระช่าสำัมพิ่ันธ์เช่ิงรุกและสำร้างคัวามตัระหนักร้้ อย่างตั่อเน้อง โด้ยการจัด้ที่ําา Billboard บิรเิ วณ์ถึนน มอเตัอรเ์ วย์ จุด้ที่่ 3-ขาออก (ก่อนถึงึ หมบิ้่ า้ นโกลเด้้นนคัรา) การจ้างการออกอากาศที่าง จสำ. 100 และ สำวพิ่. 91 การเผู้ยแพิ่ร่ Infographic และ Video Animation ผู้่านช่่องที่างออนไลน์ตั่าง ๆ การจัด้สำัมมนา เม้อวันที่่ 4 พิ่ฤศจิกายน 2567 และการจัด้ที่ําาระบิบิแสำด้งจุด้เกิด้ Hot-Spot ของ GNSS RFI
3) การบิังคัับิใช่้กฎหมายเพิ่้อปี้องปีรามไม่ให้เปี็นเย่ยงอย่าง โด้ยการลงพิ่้นที่่ร่วมกับิสำําานักงานคัณ์ะกรรมการกิจการ กระจายเสำ่ยง กิจการโที่รที่ัศน์ และกิจการโที่รคัมนาคัม แห่งช่าตัิ กรมการขนสำ่งที่างบิก สำถึาน่ตัําารวจภ้ธร ที่่าอากาศยานสำวุ รรณ์ภม้ ิ บิรษิ ัที่ ที่่าอากาศยานไที่ย จําากัด้ (มหาช่น) ที่่าอากาศยานสำุวรรณ์ภ้มิ และบิรษิ ัที่ วที่ิ ยุการบิิน แห่งปีระเที่ศไที่ย จําากด้ั ซึ่งึ จากการด้ําาเนนิ การตัามแนวที่าง การแกไขกลยุที่ธ์ สำ่งผู้ลให้การรบิกวนสำัญญาณ์ GPS ลด้ลง
โคริงกำริจัดูปริะชุ่มส่ัมมน Thailand UAS Airshow and Symposium 2024

กพิ่ที่. ด้ําาเนินการจัด้ปีระชุ่มสำัมมนา Thailand UAS Airshow and Symposium 2024 เม้อวันที่่ 7-9 พิ่ฤศจิกายน 2567 ณ์ ศ้นย์การปีระชุ่มแห่งช่าตัิสำิรกิ ิตัิ โด้ยได้้รบิั คัวามสำนับิสำนุนจาก ICAO, EASA, EUROCONTROL, JARUS และ CAA จากปีระเที่ศใกล้เคั่ยงในการให้คัวามร้้และคัวามเข้าใจเก่ยวกับิ กฎหมาย กฎระเบิ่ยบิ วิธ่ปีฏิิบิัตัิที่่เก่ยวข้องในเร้องมาตัรฐาน คัวามปีลอด้ภัย และการรกั ษาคัวามปีลอด้ภัยให้แก่ผู้้้บิังคัับิหรอ้ ปีล่อยโด้รน และเปี็นโอกาสำในการสำร้าง Business Matching ระหว่างผู้้้ปีระกอบิการในปีระเที่ศและตั่างปีระเที่ศ รวมถึึงสำร้าง เคัรอ้ ข่ายและคัวามร่วมม้อระหว่างหน่วยงานภาคัรฐั และเอกช่น ให้มากยิงขึน
Project: Mitigation and Prevention of Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) Signal Interference at Suvarnabhumi Airport
(Project Duration: January-December 2024)
The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) implemented measures to address and prevent GNSS signal interference around Suvarnabhumi Airport, following a three-pronged strategic approach:

Reducing Imports of Jamming Devices: CAAT sent formal letters to online marketplace providers to clarify legal restrictions related to the trade of radio frequency interference devices, particularly GPS jammers, in order to curb their import and distribution.
Proactive Public Awareness and Education: Public relations efforts included the installation of a billboard along Motorway Road (Outbound, Point 3 – before Golden Nakara Village), sponsored radio broadcasts on JS100 and Sor Wor Por 91, dissemination of infographics and animated videos through various online channels, hosting a seminar on 4 November 2024, and developing a real-time GNSS RFI Hot-Spot Mapping System. Enforcement of Legal Measures: Joint field operations were conducted with the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC), Department of Land Transport, Suvarnabhumi Airport Police Station, Airports of Thailand Public Co., Ltd. (AOT), Suvarnabhumi Airport, and Aeronautical Radio of Thailand Ltd. These coordinated efforts aimed to deter illegal activities through strict enforcement.
As a result of these integrated strategies, incidents of GPS signal interference have been significantly reduced.
Project: Thailand UAS Airshow and Symposium 2024 (Project Duration: January 2024-March 2025)
The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) organized the Thailand UAS Airshow and Symposium 2024 from 7–9 November 2024 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. The event was supported by ICAO, EASA, EUROCONTROL, JARUS, and civil aviation authorities from neighboring countries. It served as a platform to share knowledge and enhance understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and operational procedures concerning safety and security standards for unmanned aircraft operators and stakeholders.
