SUMMARY ACTIVITIES OF THE LAND USE FRAMEWORK PLANNING PROCESS
1. Refinement of planning goals and
objectives by working with
Planning Steering committee (PSC)
which includes representatives
from faculty, staff, administration
, student body, board of regents
and local community
representatives;
2. General site analysis and
evaluation including assessment
of existing buildings, future
expansion plans, environmentally
sensitive sites, vehicular
circulation patterns, pedestrian
circulation, open space,
topography, drainage and soils,
utilities, locations, security and
safety needs;
3. Program Analysis conducted
during on-site interaction with
PSC to address a full range of
future requirements ,academic

student needs, campus gateway
and open space requirements;
4. Preparation and finalization of
preferred LUFP including maps,
conceptual plans for

design and planning guidelines and
indicative projects implementation
plan
