Picture This

Picture this. Your friend invited you to the beach.

You get there, and immediately close your eyes. You

take in all the ocean feelings. You smell the salty,

ocean air. You feel the fresh beach breeze blowing

against your skin. When you finally take in everything,

you run into the ocean with your hands enclosed in

your friend’s hand. At first, the ocean is a little chilly,

but you quickly adapt to the temperature. After

playing in the ocean for about an hour, the sun starts

to go down. You and your friend sit on the shore and

watch the sunset.

Now, picture this. No beaches. No cool, summer

breeze. No main source of water. The entire earth is

empty. All the nature has died, and the animals have

passed on. Actually, all humans are gone. You are the

only one left. Unfortunately, this would be our world

without oceans.
