OUR HISTORY
Shadowhound was founded in 2010 by Canice Hogan as a natural
extension to his first career in investment banking.
A series of subsequent hires created a team of senior consultants
with decades of combined experience in executive management
positions at institutions such as Goldman Sachs, Lehman
Brothers, Nomura and Société Generale.
Their extensive industry knowledge combined with a strong
research capability has enabled Shadowhound to provide a
market-leading recruitment process for its clients ever since. Our
consultants are able to have a different level of conversation with
candidates, outlining the role and selling both the client’s
platform and the opportunity to them.
Although originally focused on the global macro space, by 2014
Shadowhound had expanded into the fields of Debt Capital
Markets, Risk Management, C-Suite, Legal and Compliance.
