DIVERSITY

We recognise that diversity is a key issue for our clients and we are pleased to be at the
forefront of the industry’s drive to promote and improve equality and diversity within
            the workplace.

Shadowhound’s founder, Canice Hogan, served as Head of FIC Diversity at Lehman
Brothers. The COO, David Mitchell, was part of the British Army’s Equality and Diversity
Policy Team and was responsible for delivering diversity training to officers of all ranks.
This practical knowledge of diversity at the organisational level, combined with our
collective experience in the financial markets, gives us a unique perspective on the
business case for attracting, retaining and developing a diverse and inclusive team.

Our commitment to diversity and inclusion resonates throughout our own business
and is integral to the recruitment process. Our senior management team has a good
understanding of the modern business climate and we have worked with various clients
to help them integrate diversity into their core recruitment process.
