OUR PEOPLE




                               ALANO REGUEIRO joined Shadowhound in June 2017. He has more than 30
                               years’ experience in global fixed income and brings with him a considerable
                               network from the buy-side community coupled with very strong technical skills.
                               He joined Lehman Brothers in 1992 in central banks and real money fixed
                               income sales before moving to concentrate on hedge funds. Subsequently, he
                               worked at Nomura on the hedge fund desk until 2015.  Since retiring from
                               investment banking, he has been active in tutoring university students.


                               AUGUSTA AIKEN joined Shadowhound in 2017, specialising in the quantitative
                               area. She has completed mandates globally in quantitative research, trading,
                               development and analytics across both the buy and the sell side. Augusta
                               worked previously at a top search firm where she headed the quantitative
                               trading and research area focussing in Europe and Asia. She holds a BA in
                               History from UCL (University College London).




                               JAMES SPENLE joined Shadowhound in 2017, specialising in quantitative
                               trading and research. He has worked on senior searches across both buy and
                               sell side covering traders, developers, portfolio managers, researchers and
                               data scientists. Prior to this James worked at a global search firm in their
                               capital markets team with a focus on quants. James started his career writing
                               speeches for a Conservative minister. He holds an LL.B in Law from BPP Law
                               School.



                               ERINN DAVIS joined Shadowhound (New York) in September 2016 after a
                               career in both executive search and internal corporate recruiting. Most
                               recently, she was the Head of US Recruiting for RBS where she was employed
                               from 2011 to 2016. Prior to joining RBS, she was an executive search
                               consultant for 5 years primarily focused on Fixed Income. Erinn began her
                               career at Bear Stearns in 2004 in Commercial MBS. She holds a BS in Human
                               and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.



                               TOM LUGLIO joined Shadowhound (New York) in 2017 after a 30 year career
                               in banking. He started at Lehman Brothers in 1987 in Fixed Income, eventually
                               running Capital Markets Financing Sales and Global Central Bank Sales. In
                               2006 he moved into Prime Brokerage. After the Barclays acquisition of
                               Lehman’s US business, he managed US Prime Sales including Fixed Income
                               Financing, Equity Financing and Futures / OTC Clearing. In 2014 he was
                               named Global Head of Prime Sales which he managed until 2017.


                               KEARA WALSH joined Shadowhound (New York) in 2017 as a capital markets
                               researcher focused on fixed income. Her previous experience includes an
                               internship at the top legal firm DLA Piper in New York. Additionally, she
                               conducted research and expanded business development plans for an
                               organization in Cochabamba, Bolivia. She holds a BA degree in International
                               Studies, with a specialization in Economics, from Boston College.
