OUR PEOPLE

STEPHEN FAULKES joined Shadowhound in 2013, specialising in fixed income
and has completed senior searches across sales, trading, research, execution
and debt capital markets. Stephen previously worked at a boutique executive
search firm with a focus on fixed income sales and began his headhunting
career in M&A and private equity recruitment. He holds a BA in Economics &
Business from the University of the West of England.

LISA HINTON joined Shadowhound in 2012, working across global markets
with primary focus on FX and hedge fund roles. She began her career at
Goldman Sachs in 1999, concentrating on FX sales to UK real money and global
macro hedge funds. Lisa is a PPE graduate of Oxford and obtained the GDL in
Law in 2011.

NATALIE KOSKY, Researcher, joined Shadowhound in 2016 specialising in
Fixed Income and FX. Natalie previously held internships at Bloomberg and
various top legal firms in London including Locke Lord and Blackstone
Chambers. Natalie holds a BA degree in History from King’s College London.
