OUR PEOPLE

CANICE HOGAN is the Chief Executive Officer of Shadowhound, which he
founded in 2010 as a natural extension to a first career in banking. He began
his career at Goldman Sachs in 1993, joining Lehman Brothers seven years
later where he was responsible for EMEA Rates and Credit Sales. In 2008,
Canice joined Nomura to run FID product sales in EMEA as well as being
instrumental in the US build-out. Canice is a graduate of the University of
Edinburgh.

MIKE BURTON, Director, joined Shadowhound in January 2012 after more
than twenty-five years on the sell-side. After originally trading bonds, FX and
commodities, Mike embarked on a successful career in FX Sales, initially as
Head of Corporate and Institutional Sales at HSBC and then as European Head
of Sales at Goldman Sachs. In 2004, he joined Lehman Brothers to grow their
European and Asian FX Sales businesses. After the 2008 Lehman bankruptcy,
Mike accepted the role of Global Head of FX Sales at Société Générale.

KIRAN BIRING joined Shadowhound in 2014 when she moved from a fixed
income executive search boutique focused on senior global markets hires.
Prior to this, she led the business development and recruitment function at a
fixed income trading house, having begun her career covering cross-over buy
and sell side hires at a top tier global executive search firm. Kiran is a Law
graduate of The University of the West of England and holds a diploma in
Spanish from the University of Buenos Aires.
