BROOKE HENDERSON, GOLFER: Competing in her first full year on the LPGA Tour, Brooke Henderson won
her first major at the 2016 KPMG Women's LPGA Championship, becoming the event's youngest winner and
placing her second in the LPGA world rankings. Henderson also represented Canada this past year at the
Rio 2016 Summer Olympic Games. Henderson’s fast rise has attracted numerous sponsors, including RBC,
BMW, and PING. Earlier this year, she also partnered with Canadian sports drink BioSteel, joining a team of
the nation’s top young endorsers, including Connor McDavid and Andrew Wiggins. Additionally, Henderson
landed a partnership deal with Google to promote their Android Wear smartwatches and inked a multi-year
                 golf-shoe deal with Skechers.

PENNY OLEKSIAK, SWIMMER: Penny Oleksiak leveraged a four-medal
performance at the Rio Olympics to emerge as one of the most talked-
about Canadian amateur athletes of 2016. At only 16 years old, she may
choose to forgo short-term endorsement opportunities to retain her
amateur status and participate in collegiate sports. While time will tell
when Oleksiak may be in the market for sponsors, there would be great
interest if she was eligible today. Active on social media, youthful and
optimistic, Oleksiak is a perfect match for a brand seeking to reach
millennials. After winning her gold medal, Oleksiak shared her Olympic
experience by participating in a Twitter Q&A with BuzzFeed Canada.
Deals: N/A Although Oleksiak would be a valuable endorser for many brands, her
availability for sponsors will depend on her NCAA eligbility and her decision
                                              to turn pro.

KEVIN PILLAR, OUTFIELDER - TORONTO BLUE JAYS (MLB): The defensive
specialist cemented himself as “Superman” when he scaled the MNP left
field outfield signage in 2015 to make one the best baseball catches of all
time. The play was viewed almost half a million times on YouTube and
replayed several times on highlight shows - all with the MNP branding in
full view. Pillar would go on to win a starting position and be a strong
contributor to last fall’s playoff run. In 2016, Pillar was nominated for the
Roberto Clemente Award, given annually to the MLB player who best
exemplifies the game of baseball, sportsmanship, community involvement
and the individual's contribution to his team. Due to Pillar's on-field and off-

field success, he was tapped by a number of brands and has emerged as
