Public Involvement
Planning and creating public spaces that t the needs of the citizens of the City will depend upon strong community input and participation. ❱ Ensure that all interested citizens and o cials have means to participate in and in uence project decisions

As a nal step in the public input process, we will include a summary with backup information clearly identifying the results of the public sessions.
To provide the most e cient design process and reduce the design sched- ule as much as possible, numerous tasks of the inventory and analysis, the master plan re nement, and the public involvement will be overlapped and accomplished at the same time.
Plan Development
Upon completion of the master plan re nement, our team will begin devel- oping two to three conceptual designs to review with the City. Typically, we will prepare renderings of conceptual plans along with other visual aids in a presentation format to review with our clients. Graphics provided in this phase will include plans, sections, elevations, perspectives, vignettes, and im- age boards. This allows our clients to study alternatives and select preferred designs and elements.
