Jason provided master planning and grant assistance for this City of Miami Garden’s park, including a nature trail, recreation center, maintenance buildings, pavilions, press boxes, a concession/restroom facility, soccer/football elds, tennis courts, a par course, volleyball courts, an aquatic play structure, lighting, signage, parking, and playgrounds.
Mitchell Moore Park Improvements, Broward County, City of Pompano Beach, Land- scape Designer. Jason was one of a team of designers that took the project from site de- sign through construction for a two-phase renovation that included a tness par course, play structures, two ball elds, football eld, court resurfacing, an irrigation system, and drainage improvements for this City of Pompano Beach park.
Windmill Park Master Plan, Broward County, City of Coconut Creek, Landscape Architect.
Jason was the project manager and lead a team of designers that developed the conceptual master plan for this 12.5-acre park in the heart of Coconut Creek, Florida. Park amenities included basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball courts, racketball courts, and a dog park. Additional amenities included pedestrian pathways, pavilions, site furnishings as well as landscape and irrigation improvements.
El Rio Multi-use Trail, Broward County, City of Boca Raton, Landscape Designer. Ja- son was one of a team of designers that provided landscape, irrigation and site amenity design for a 1.5-mile multi-use trail in the middle of Boca Raton’s urban fabric that integrates the user with the City’s natural features.
Coconut Key Park Master Plan, Broward County, City of Margate, Landscape Architect.
Jason was the landscape architect of record for the development of the master plan for this 6-acre park in the City of Margate. Park amenities included open green space for events and free play, playground areas, volleyball courts, basketball courts, ADA compliant trails, and additional parking.
Coconut Key Little Tot Park, Broward County, City of Margate, Landscape Architect.
Jason was the landscape architect of record and lead designer of this four-acre park in the City of Margate. Improvements included varying age play structures, site amenities ADA compliant pathways, hardscape improvements, and landscape improvements.

Miramar Town Center, Broward County, City of Miramar, Landscape Designer.
Jason was one of a team of designers responsible for the site plan, landscape plan, and hardscape plan for the initial phase of the City of Miramar’s Town Center, including City Hall, a performing arts center, and a civic plaza.
Lyons Road Streetscape Master Plan, Broward County, City of Coconut Creek, Land- scape Architect. Jason was the landscape architect of record and lead designer for the development of the master plan for four miles of streetscape for the City on a project funded through FDOT’s LAP program. Improvements included a custom hardscape design for the medians, landscape and irrigation improvements. Additional services that Jason provided included LAP assistance and coordination.
City of Tamarac Gateway Master Plan, Broward County, City of Tamarac, Landscape Architect. Jason was one of a team of designers that analyzed the City’s key gateways and provided conceptual gateway treatments. Deliverables included rendered gateway signage, hardscape, and landscape guidelines
North Miami Downtown Redevelopment, Miami-Dade County, City of North Miami CRA, Landscape Architect. Jason was one of a team of landscape architects that provid- ed conceptual building façade improvements, pedestrian circulation analysis, site amenity branding for the corridor, as well as landscape and hardscape design.
Washington Heights Neighborhood Redevelopment Plan, Highlands County, City of Sebring CRA, Landscape Designer. Jason was one of a team of landscape designers and planners that developed urban design plans for redevelopment of a historic African-Ameri- can neighborhood within the CRA limits. Design plans included streetscape strategies, con- ceptual building elevations, and community center planning and concepts.
NW 5th Ave Redevelopment, Palm Beach County, City of Delray Beach CRA, Land- scape Designer. Jason provided landscape and hardscape design, irrigation design, along with minor roadway improvements including roundabouts and parking bulb-outs for a blight- ed local road in downtown Delray Beach. Improvements also included decorative pedestrian lighting, site amenities, and street branding.
