The original participants from Boston, Jim
Grady and Doug Cohoon brought in the tro-
phy.
The participants numbered over 32 this year.
The horseshoe competition goes on for one
week with the finals of the tournament being
held in one full day.
Pete di Pietro, Teddy Pappas and Ross Trovato
are the organizers of the event together with
Hetty Herts, Activities Coordinator. Ribs, chick-
en and corn are served, beers, sodas and the
famous Grappa. Their generosity extends to
the Costa Linda employees sharing the B-B-Q
with them. Teddy, Ross and Di Pietro surprised
Hetty with a Birthday cake.
This year they played for two consecutive
weeks as there were a lot of participants and
enthusiasm!q
