held many other roles and achievements such as Weiqiao Finac Chairman, PING AN
Capital Managing Director, Concord Fund Founding Partner, Beijing, Morgan
Stanley Vice President Hong Kong. Morgan Stanley HUAXIN Securities Executive
Director, Shanghai. Lehman Brothers Associate & Analyst, Hong Kong and New
York.

He attended Carnegie Mellon University in New York gaining an M.S. in Computational Finance, and
also holds a B.A. in Finance from Fudan University, Shanghai.

Brendan Gallagher

Head of Bermuda Operations

Recently head of operations and product development at Sanlam Global
Investment Solutions, a subsidiary of the largest financial services provider in Africa.
he spent two years as an independent consultant; setting up various offshore life,
pension, advisory and distribution businesses, primarily focused on Asia, Africa,
Middle East and Europe ex UK markets.

Prior to this, he was a partner at Armstrong Investment Managers LLP, and prior to
Armstrong, he worked as European business development associate at Insight Investment in the UK,
focusing on institutional sales in the Nordics, and Italy. Brendan started his career in the UK in 2002,
initially as a client associate at Fidelity Investments, and then took the position of investment trader,
at The Bank of New York Mellon.
