NED1 is an Isle of Man Advocate and English Solicitor with over 25 years’ experience
in corporate and commercial law, who has worked locally and internationally, and
has developed an acute understanding of other jurisdictions, as well as how they
connect with the Isle of Man’s off-shore jurisdiction.

He has been heavily involved with Crypto-Currency, the e-Gaming industry and
advising commercial, public and non-profit organisations on data protection and
the GDPR. He has also contributed to a number of publications on subjects such as
telecommunications, depositor protection regimes and tax information exchange agreements.

Non-Executive Director – 2

NED2 is a semi-retired Fellow of the Actuarial Society who has been the Appointed
Actuary for a number of International Insurance Companies both on the Isle of Man
and elsewhere. Immediately prior to joining Ascot he was a NED for another
significant international insurer based on the Island.

the international insurance and reinsurance markets in Dublin, London and
Bermuda.
