the UK. She is currently a director of a regulated trust and corporate services
provider on the Isle of Man. She has over 20 years’ experience in the offshore trust
and company formation industry.

She also holds an international compliance diploma.

Conall Gibson

Head of Global Strategy

Conall has over 20 years of experience in the international cross border and wealth
management industries, initially setting up one of the largest wealth management
companies in Europe and then went on to create his own asset management and
life assurance company.

Conall also, has an extensive global distribution network around the world, both in
the financial, retail and institutional markets.

Conall is recognised as a pioneer within the international cross boarder and wealth management
sectors.

Dennis Burger
Head of Global Distribution

A visionary and value creator with 34 years industry experience in the international
investments, private banking and life assurance markets. Dennis has worked across
most continents building several global distribution teams, as part of executive
management and serving on several boards.

Most recently he has held positions with two major global life assurance operations
headquartered in South Africa. Dennis has excellent business acumen with deep
international expertise in strategy, sales and relationship management, coupled with a clear sense of
purpose and urgency.
