               Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission


                            Since  February  2015  I  have  been  a  Commissioner,  appointed  to  the  Isle  of  Man
                              Gambling Supervision Commission ('GSC'). The GSC is an independent statutory board
                              established in 1962. In addition to the licensing and regulation of land-based gambling
                              operations (casino, amusement and slot machines, betting offices and lotteries), the
                              Commission also regulates all online gambling activities.

               Kentraugh Consulting

                            In  2009  I  set  up  Kentraugh  Consulting,  a  firm  that  provides  compliance  and
                              administrative support to companies on the Island and in other offshore jurisdictions.
                            This  is  done  either  by  task  oriented  contract,  fixed  term  contract  (which  may  be
                              renewable) or retained support.  I provide ongoing support to a number of financial
                              services  operations  on  the  Island,  providing  a  compliance,  risk  monitoring  and
                              updating  service  (including  AML).    All  areas  of  financial  services  and  company
                              administration  are  covered  and  contracts  have  included  IFAs,  TCSPs,  fund
                              management and stockbroking operations, insurance companies, banks, and general
                              insurers.
                            Training  courses  are  run  on  most  subjects  including  AML,  compliance,  risk
                              management and administration.

               Previous contracts have included

                            setting up a new licenceholder - taking an operation from inception through obtaining
                              its licence to its first annual visit from the FSC;
                            providing maternity and illness cover;
                            providing cover during restructuring and relocation and at busy times;
                            winding up operations;
                            providing company secretarial support;
                            corporate governance and risk analysis, rating and mitigation;
                            post regulatory visit/audit report support and correction;
                            complaints investigation and response;
                            writing manuals, procedures, policies and training documents.
