Other CMHS Programs
Intensive Mobile Treatment provides treatment for
individuals with behavioral health issues and other
potential co-occurring stresses, such as homelessness or
criminal justice involvement. For information, please
call 718-888-6663. All referrals must come through Single
Point of Access (SPOA).
Promise Zone is a Bronx-based, free, voluntary school-based
mental health preventative program that operates over
a period of 6-8 weeks, in which an MSW/LMSW actively
meets with a child ages 5-17, on average one time weekly,
to identify and target disruptive psychological symptoms
being reported by guardians and/or schools. For more

WeCare Wellness program provides wellness case
management services to individuals who are deemed
temporarily unable to work due to untreated or unstable
medical and/or mental health issues. The NYC WeCare
services are available in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Staten
