Community Collaborations

VNSNY works collaboratively with a wide range of
community-based organizations (CBOs) including “Aging
in Place” communities, housing services providers, social
service organizations, senior citizen community centers
and more, to promote health-focused strategies that lead
to successful community living. Ultimately, the goal is to
empower community residents to take control of their
health and wellness.
We work in partnership with communities interested
in addressing health needs and concerns that impact
successful aging in place. In addition, VNSNY looks forward
to sharing our health related expertise with community
partners through creative and innovative grants initiatives
aimed at making a positive impact on our community.
Through these initiatives, we make a di erence in the
lives of those in need.
