VNSNY Provider Link Portal
Physicians (and their delegated sta ) can manage their
patients’ at-home care with speed and e ciency through
the VNSNY Provider Link Portal. The Portal is a secure,
Internet-based medical records system that allows viewing
and approving treatment orders electronically. Speci cally,
physicians can:
• View, manage and change plans of care
• Review, approve and electronically sign healthcare orders
• View patient medications, orders and treatment
• View the names and contact information for the VNSNY
nurse in charge of the patient’s care
• Retrieve all e-signed orders electronically, any time,
any place
