VNSNY iPhone Guidelines




               VNSNY is pleased to partner with Verizon Wireless and Apple to provide an iPhone for
               wireless users.



               Following are general guidelines for wireless use. Should you have any specific
               questions please ask your manager for any clarifications or directions, or email
               Russell.Meyers@vnsny.org



               The VNSNY iPhone, voice, messaging and data, is for business use.  The iPhone App
               Store will not be accessible using a personal iTunes account.  Approved apps will be
               published in the VNSNY App Store through the Apps @ Work icon on your phone.  A
               request for a new App can be made through the Service Desk portal in the coming
               weeks, and will be subject to management approval.



               Your VNSNY email folders, contacts and calendar appointments are all synced to your
               business account providing seamless integration across all devices.



               The plan on the device is for Domestic service.  Please do not take your VNSNY phone
               out of the U.S. on vacation without prior approval from your manager and provisioning
               by IT. Your manager can approve an international plan for your line should it be
               necessary, through a Service Desk ticket.



               The full VNSNY Corporate Security Policy is available through the intranet anytime for
               review.
