       STARTING OUTLOOK                                          VIEW SENT! DELETED ITEMS
           1.   Double click Outlook icon   (normally on desktop)   1.  Click the Sent Items folder to view previously sent

                                                                    2.   Click the Deleted Items folder to view previously deleted

           4.   Type message in text area

           5.   Click Send
