RESPONDING TO AN INVITATION
1. Click Accept, Tentative (i.e. maybe), or Decline to respond
to an invitation to a meeting
2. Alternatively, you can Propose a New Time for the
meeting by selecting "Propose New Time," and then
following the on-screen steps
3. You have the option of letting the person who invited you
to the meeting that you have responded by choosing
"Send the Response Now." Your response is still recorded
even if you choose "Do not send a response."
VIEWING ANOTHER EMPLOYEE'S CALENDAR
1. If you have permission to open another employee's
calendar, click Open Calendar on the
r.
Ribbon, and choose From Address Book
2. Search for and select the employee's name
and click OK Open
3. The employee(s) name will now appear Calendar
under your list of calendar's to the left;
simply check the box to view the calendar
CREATE A CONTACT
1. Click People to open your list of contacts
REMEMBER: The address book stores
VNSNY's employees contact info while your
New
contact list stores contacts you have created

manually (only you can see your contacts)
2. Click New Contact
3. Enter as much information as desired then click Save &
Close
NOTE: Contacts saved in this manner should also appear I Automatic Replies (Out of Office)
on your VNSNY Exchange Server-connected phone ! Use automatic eplle to notify others thatyou am out of office, on vacation, or
Automatic not available to rpond to e-mitil m -sages.

CREATE A TASK
1. Click Tasks to view your list of tasks
2. Click New Task to create a new task
3. Fill in as much information as desired (subject

4. Tasks will turn red if they extend pass their
due date
MARK A TASK AS COMPLETE
1. Double click the task
2. Click Mark Complete on the Ribbon
3. Completed tasks will be indicated with strikethrough text
PRINTING
1. Almost anything can be printed (i.e. emails, calendar,
contacts, and tasks)
2. Click File and Print to view a print preview
