Click on a single day, or click Start Multiple Select to schedule multiple days.
Click on Add/Edit Service Codes to enter visit service codes. Note the number in parenthesis. Those are
the number of future visits you plan to see the patient.
Search for the appropriate service codes. Important service codes to remember: PT11/ OT11/ ST11 for
subsequent visits; PT19/ OT19/ ST19 for DC of services, not from agency; PT18/ OT18/ ST18 for
Discharge from agency.
