Similar to when you review medical records before you start your visits, this functionality is also available
when you are in a visit to quickly access patient’s information.
Notes
The Notes section of the Visit Note Dashboard is where the clinician can document any coordination of
care. Choose from an extensive list of note types (Narrative is a common coordination of care note type).
