After adding the wound, click on the wound (at this time, text will be RED, meaning that it is a
required item that needs to be completed. The 3 boxes under “Document” are required items. Click
on each to answer these items.
*Note: If you did not create a Pathway, i.e. Altered Skin Integrity, and Need for O/A of Skin,
you will get this error:
If you created the appropriate Pathway, you will be brought to the below screen. Click on the
arrow to scroll to the pathway that you created for the wound, then click Copy.
