Client Calendar
Client Calendar works similar to the New Order section of the Add-On Eval, wherein you will
schedule your visits. An additional fact to remember for the SOC – if you chose the pathway for
“Need for Other Disciplines”, you must plot out the Add-On Evaluation for that discipline. So, if
you created a pathway for the need for OT services, you must plot out an OT01 in the calendar.
Moreover, if you attempt to plot out an Add-On evaluation visit for a discipline WITHOUT a
pathway, the system will not allow it.
Order Supplies
Any supplies or DME will be ordered via Parachute (to be discussed during orientation). Enter this
section then simply click the Back button to complete this required section.
PRN
Unlike in an Add-On Evaluation, the PRN section of your SOC note contains required items that
need to be addressed, as indicated by the red asterisks.
