As a teachers we understand that we are currently living in the fourth

industrialization era where technology is highly being used and a variety of

the technological tools we engage in require certain relevant skills. We also

understand that the learners are exposed to technology now compared to

the past and they are intrigued by it so we understand that using technology

in classroom goes beyond just digital devices, it is something that is used to

facilitate an interaction between the teacher and the learner. We use

smartboards to promote more active learning and we are able to trace the

progress of my learners instantly. Smartboards help make the lesson to be

more interesting as we put videos, slides and pictures to teach different

topics for different subjects. Instead of learners hiding their phones every

time, once in a while the learners are given permission to use them. As an

ideal teachers we create activities such as quizzes, short questions and long

questions on learning sites such as socrative and nearpod. Using these sites

is more beneficial to the learners because help to engage all students,

including shy learners who would not normally raise their hand in class.
