We have our history teacher here, dancing a Zulu dance with her students,
the topic was about shaka a Zulu warrior, so to make it relevant to learners
she came out with different things Zulu people do as part of their culture and
performed it with them, so that way learner participation was very good and
they were all interested in getting to know the history of Shaka Zulu. this is
part of encouraging learning through play not every time learning requires
chalk and talk , learners get too bored easily and once they are bored they
lose concertation in your lesson , so an ideal teacher considers such
teaching strategies to instill the joy of learning
