Online engagement systems allow an ideal teacher to regularly check in with

learners for feedback on assignments and data analytics could be used to

help spot areas where students might be struggling, this makes it easy to

see where to adjust and improve. Sites such as near pod allows the teacher

to see how many learners are participating in the activities, which ones are

getting the answers wrong and which ones are getting the correct answers

so corrections can be given instantly.

We are the teachers that promotes the use of technology not only in our

classes but the whole school and we do this for various reasons such as

videos, projectors, laptops and cellphones and we make sure that all the

learners are accommodated so the ones who do not have cellphones can

watch what is happening on the smartboard or share with their peers.
