Objectives 1. to propose methodology for mercury handling, monitoring and supervision;
2. to apply the right knowledge of mercury and PPe during mercury handling;
3. to ensure safe work environment and reduce the risk of pollution of mercury or its compound.
Methodology Knowledge and awareness on mercury among staff whom involve directly with mercury pollution in
wastewater are very important as they need to be careful of mercury poisoning.
Classroom training will be conducted to build the capacity of company’s staff in mercury handling,
monitoring and supervision.
