IMPLEMENTATION OF
PROJECT
Objectives 1. To provide E-Commerce platform which can be customized according to
SOHO’s business requirements.
2. SOHO’s operational training.
3. To support government’s initiative and effort in women micro entrepren-
eur’s development.
Methodology The project is conducted in the following phase:-
1. Phase 1 – Development of strategic plans for program implementation
2. Phase 2 – Detailed software configuration
3. Phase 3 – Customize the software according to future user’s needs
4. Phase 4 – Installation
5. Phase 5 – Online software evaluation
6. Phase 6 – Knowledge transfers to instructors (Train of Trainers, TOT)
7. Phase 7 – Documentation
8. Phase 8 – Monitoring and maintenance
Activities Conducted 1. Completion of training and transfer of both theoretical and practical kn-
owledge on appropriate mordanting process.

owledge on natural dye production from biomass. 84

3. Completion of training and transfer of both the theoretical and practical
knowledge on appropriate dyeing process of natural dye onto silk thread.
