SECTION 7. HOUSE RULE : COMPANY DRESS CODE

Every employee shall wear the prescribed proper attire as stated in
the Company Dress Code Policy inside the factory from Monday to Satur-
day. With the advice dress code of uniform, Saturday will be the designated
expression day provided employees must still wear appropriate attire. Vio-
lation of such will constitute administrative sanction.

The following items are considered inappropriate and shall not be worn:

1. Slippers, flip-flops and open-toed sandals and shoes
2. Spaghetti-strapped shirts
3. Tank tops or revealing shirts
4. Short pants and mini-skirts
5. Sheer clothing

DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE POLICY AND PROGRAM

In compliance with Article V of Republic Act No. 9165, otherwise
known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, and its Imple-
menting Rules and Regulations and DOLE Department Order No. 53-03,
series of 2003 (Guidelines for the Implementation of a Drug-Free Workplace
Policies and Programs for the Private Sector), HEADWAY CAPS INTER-
NATIONAL CO.,INC.. hereby adopts the following policies and programs to
achieve a drug-free workplace:
