‘Maqam-e-Mahmood’ (a station of great glory).” (Surah Al-Israa

Ayah 79)
In this verse, Allah Almighty says that if we always rise from

sleep during the night and perform Tahajjud prayer, certainly Allah
Almaighty will raise us to ‘Maqam-e-Mahmooda’ , a station of great

glory or to an honored position in this world and in the life of

hereafter.
Brothers and sisters,

ْ َ َ َ َ ُّ َ َ َ َ ْ َ ْ َ
Part of the verse, “ادومم اماقم كبر كثعبي نأ “, “Allah will

raise you to an honored position” means that by performing Tahajjud

prayer we may attain such a high position in this world and in the
next world that people from everywhere may be full of praise for us,

and we may become a praiseworthy personality.
If we routinely pray tahajud prayer Allah will ease all our

affairs, our life, keep away from the misery, hardships, and

difficulties of life and glorify our life. Tahajjud prayer is the best
foundation for everyone who wants to be a successful person.

Brothers and sisters in Islam,

Our Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam never
left to perform Tahajjud prayer. In the last third of night, when other

humans still slept in silence, Rasulullah sallallaahu alaihi wasallam

always rised from sleep and performed Qiyamul lail. Why did our
Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam never leave Tahajjud

prayer? Because this night prayer gives many benefits for human.
