Triple sheet bend
Usually you’d be advised against adding extra
turns to try to strengthen a knot, as the result can
often be quite the opposite. But if you’re tying a
sheet bend in thin, slippery rope, a third turn can
help.
1 Tie a double sheet bend (Day 33).
