Celtic heart necklace

It’s the ultimate Mother’s Day present: a

necklace the kids can make themselves. You can use
different types of rope for different effects, or even

combine two different colours. We used green
paracord to emphasise the Celtic connection. See

here to make the cunning sliding necklace knot.

1 Tie an overhand knot and flip it over as shown. You’ll need about 36in

(91cm) of line, with the first knot tied about 16in (41cm) along.
