Fresh EBT: Tech Access for Social Impact

Propel, the creator of FreshEBT, is a free software application used by over 3 million
Americans across the country to manage their food stamp (SNAP) benefits. In this session,
we will review the features of FreshEBT and how it can be used by your clients, discuss the
impact of COVID-19 on SNAP households, and share data about many of the challenges
households receiving SNAP are facing during the pandemic. We will discuss topics ranging
from food insecurity and housing, to receipt of economic impact payments and
unemployment insurance.
