change things yourself. This may involve small steps,
like a change in process or attitude, or a big step such
as a career change.

goals? Without goals, you’re not targeting particular
outcomes, which is like being on a journey without a
destination.

You’ll never reach your destination without a route-
map showing how to get from A to B. Have the
flexibility to adjust your route to
